1. Low cost and low energy consumption
Address the issue of insufficient reactivity of carbon mineralized materials under low-pressure CO2 environment. This technology is different from the traditional CCUS technology in the field of sequestration, oil drive, agriculture and food, and beyond the traditional amine absorption, membrane separation, PSA and other pretreatment units, it can directly utilize the CO2 in the industrial exhaust gas with low cost and high efficiency.
2. Wide range of technology applications
The technology can be compounded to utilize a variety of industrial renewable resources, and provide a full range of carbon capture, sequestration and carbon reduction technical services for coal power, iron and steel, cement, non-ferrous metals and other high-carbon emission enterprises.
3. Changing the traditional process
CO2 mineralization technology can be used to replace high energy consumption production processes such as steam curing and fuel firing in some industries (e.g. autoclaved aerated concrete, autoclaved fly ash bricks, etc.), which reduces energy consumption and carbon emissions while curing and utilizing CO2.
4. Protect the nature, reduce mining
By virtue of the regulation of carbon mineralization technology, a process is simulated and accelerated mimicking natural rock formation and giving rise to new building materials resulting from the artificial intervention. This helps curb mining of rocks, sustainably protect the environment, i.e. green mountains and clear waters, and push forward the development of green carbon-negative economy.
